PDF and HTML Forms
ProTechnology designs eForms that enable remote workers to complete tasks efficiently and quickly from any location using eForms (PDF or HTML) on mobile devices (iPads, tablets and laptops). Capture data electronically in the field then leverage a mobile device’s features to deliver data and possibly kick off an internal workflow and electronically archiving final documents. Take a photo -- damaged equipment, a “before” photo, a driver’s license, or a certification, record voice, or support handwriting recognition — and attach it directly to the eForm. Or sign important documents on the spot to speed up processing time. eForms and mobile data collection features also work offline — data and eForms are saved to the device and automatically uploaded when online.
