Making contacts safe - Entry Manager

Many measures to protect against corona infections prevent direct contact between people. However, these contacts cannot be completely avoided everywhere. With many risk groups in particular, there is not only the risk of infection but also the risk of social isolation with unforeseeable consequences for physical and mental health. In hospitals where concerned relatives and isolated patients want to get together under controlled conditions or in old people’s homes, where family visits are often the only contact with the outside world for many residents, it is important to allow contacts and to make them as safe as possible.

The Entry Manager offers a number of functional options:

Visitors are only allowed in with a valid access authorization. For this purpose, a registration with anamnesis of the state of health takes place, which is carried out by each visitor on their own smartphone. A call to a service number is enough and the visitor receives the link for registration directly via SMS on his device. If data is entered in the anamnesis that indicates an increased risk, the visitors will receive a rejection. A QR code is only delivered as access authorization if the risk is low. This code can be scanned by the reception staff with any device. A mobile website is called up, which has a scanner and automatically books the recorded data into a visitor register. Downloads or installations are not necessary at any point in the process; communication takes place exclusively via freely available technologies.
